How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops may have specific return restrictions.
How should I wash my Nude Project garments?
To preserve the quality of the prints and fabrics, we recommend washing your items inside out on a cold cycle (30°C) and air drying. Avoid ironing directly on the graphic designs.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and localized options like Klarna for flexible financing in select regions.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We pride ourselves on exclusivity. Most of our drops are limited edition and will not be restocked once sold out. We recommend signing up for our newsletter to stay updated on new releases.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee changes to sizes or addresses. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you notice an error.
