At Nude Project, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange them in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and unwashed to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-10 business days.
